Dr. David Phelps, founder of Freedom Founders, was a general dentist business owner for 27 years until 2004 when his daughter, Jenna, faced Leukemia with a life-saving organ transplant. He quickly discovered that bouncing from chair to chair wasn’t an option as he refocused his attention to what mattered most — his family. As for him, too many dentists and professional practice owners allow their practice to run them, instead of structuring their practice and investments to work for them.

So, in today’s episode, David shares about his investors who are mature and more sophisticated about their finances to help us understand the nuances of the marketplace and economics in the real estate industry. The investors that they get to work with also want to be on the forefront of more managing their money through vis-a-vis funds.

Tune in as we learn more about building wealth and freedom together!
