Mike Zlotnik has been a debt and equity investor in real estate since 2000. His career began with nearly 15 years in the information technology field managing Risk, Business Intelligence and Quality of complex systems, software and processes.
While building a successful carrier in IT, Mike’s passion had always been real estate investing because of its predictability of outcome and well-understood risks.
In 2009, Mike joined Tempo Funding, LLC (Mortgage Pool Fund) as a managing partner and Vice President of Funding Operations.
Beginning January 2014, Mike has assumed the responsibility of CEO and has since founded TF Management Group, LLC, launching four new real estate investment funds: TF Investment Fund II LLC (Income Fund), Tempo Opportunity Fund LLC (Growth & Income Fund), Tempo Growth Fund LLC (Growth Fund) and Tempo Income Fund LLC (Income Fund).
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University. Mike is a member of multiple real estate and investor mastermind groups such as Collective Genius, Freedom Founders, Venture Alliance, and CA Investors (Private).
Alina Trigub joined the TF Management Group LLC team in February 2021. Alina spearheads marketing and investor relations, as well as education activities.
Alina’s expertise is built upon her personal journey as an equity investor, as well as through SAMO Financial – the company she founded and built to provide education and alternative investment options to her clients. Through SAMO Financial, Alina and her investors have been able to build an extensive investment portfolio and invest in over 2200 apartment doors, over 45MM in the Fund focused on self-storage, and over 10MM in the Fund focused on mobile home parks.
Alina holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Baruch College, CUNY (City University of New York) and an MBA in Finance and Management from Rutgers University.
Alina is the founder of two Meetup groups in New York and New Jersey, named “The Power of Passive Investing through Real Estate”, that are now merged into a single virtual group (until further notice). As part of her mission to help investors obtain education about alternative investing, Alina offers instructional webinars in collaboration with various administrators of self-directed IRA companies.

Yuriy Novodvorskiy joined the TF Management Group LLC team in January 2010. As Fund Manager, he oversees portfolio management and risk mitigation for the TFMG family of funds, as well as day-to-day fund operations.
With a background in mathematics and quantitative analysis, he has been essential in maintaining a high level of efficiency and performance while facilitating rapid fund growth.
Yuriy holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College. His interests include innovative technologies, traveling, and learning languages.
Yuriy Gordiyenko joined the team in May 2015. He has spent over 15 years in the information technology industry, holding various technical and managerial positions. He holds the position of CTO at TF Management Group, LLC, leading our technology strategy and implementation, ensuring a disciplined process of funding operations and project management.
Yuriy enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and playing with his dog.

Lilia joined the Tempo team in July of 2019. She oversees and manages day-to-day office operations and client communications. She also maintains and updates the company's website as well as the social media platforms.

Timur (Tim) Ali-Zade is a multi-tasking seasoned Finance professional with 10+ years of experience in:

- Portfolio & Asset Management
- Private Equity & Venture Capital. During his career Timur had a privilege to work in different professional environments (governmental, corporate and start-up) and was responsible for executing a variety of "CFO-like" tasks (from budgeting, controlling to data analytics and financial reporting), building complex financial models for more than 10 industries, incl. Real Estate (Development, Acquisitions, all subclasses), sourcing, underwriting, and closing private equity and venture capital deals. Timur ran multi-asset portfolios in Family Offices with AUM of $100-$300M, raised more $150M in debt and equity financing for different projects and co-founded a successful EdTech start-up.
Timur holds a BA in Economics & a MS in PPP Management with honors (Financial University, Moscow), MSREI (JHU, Carey Business School, Washington, D.C.) and CFA designation.
