Mike Zlotnik, CEO
Mike Zlotnik has been a debt and equity investor in real estate since 2000. His career began with nearly 15 years in the information technology field managing Risk, Business Intelligence and Quality of complex systems, software and processes.
While building a successful carrier in IT, Mike’s passion had always been real estate investing because of its predictability of outcome and well-understood risks.
In 2009, Mike joined Tempo Funding, LLC (Mortgage Pool Fund) as a managing partner and Vice President of Funding Operations.
Beginning January 2014, Mike has assumed the responsibility of CEO and has since founded TF Management Group, LLC, launching four new real estate investment funds: TF Investment Fund II LLC (Income Fund), Tempo Opportunity Fund LLC (Growth & Income Fund), Tempo Growth Fund LLC (Growth Fund) and Tempo Income Fund LLC (Income Fund).
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University. Mike is a member of multiple real estate and investor mastermind groups such as Collective Genius, Freedom Founders, Venture Alliance, and CA Investors (Private).
Deanna Boring, Manager of Investor Relations
Deanna brings more than 12 years of experience in real estate, investor relations, financial services, and compliance experience to Tempo Funding. As an Investor Relations Consultant, Deanna is responsible for managing Tempo’s investor-client relationships - supporting the investor experience including new investor onboarding, investor reporting, investment offerings, communications, and events.
Deanna enjoys researching private commercial real estate investment opportunities around the country of all asset types. She has written and launched numerous offerings to raise funds while focusing on due diligence, communications, and compliance. She has always had an interest in real estate having previously been a realtor and before that, she worked as a paralegal at a real estate and estate-planning firm.
Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and also an Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Edison State College.
Outside of work, Deanna enjoys volunteering, networking, reading, cooking, traveling, sports, music, arts, and culture.
Yuriy Novodvorskiy, Chief Financial Officer
Yuriy Novodvorskiy is a co-founder of TF Management Group, LLC and has worked with Mike Zlotnik since January 2010. With over a decade of experience in the real estate and finance industry, Yuriy is an expert in fund management and distressed asset resolution.
At the Tempo Family, Yuriy is responsible for overseeing the company's finance operations and working closely with clients to develop customized financial solutions. He is committed to providing exceptional service and building a sustainable financial strategy.
In addition to his work with the Tempo Family of Funds, Yuriy is actively involved in the community and volunteers his time with various non-profit organizations.
Yuriy holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College. His interests include innovative technologies, swimming, traveling, and learning languages.
Yuriy Gordiyenko, CTO
Yuriy Gordiyenko joined the team in May 2015. He has spent over 15 years in the information technology industry, holding various technical and managerial positions. He holds the position of CTO at TF Management Group, LLC, leading our technology strategy and implementation, ensuring a disciplined process of funding operations and project management.
Yuriy enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and playing with his dog.
Davy Tyburski, Chief Operating/Marketing Officer
Davy's vast knowledge across the 5 major business functions serves him well in his role with Tempo. His real world experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer/Client Service, Business Operations, and Accounts Receivable enables him to not only improve our internal systems, but also to enhance our client experience as well.
For over three decades, he has shared his proven strategies and techniques with $500K+ start up entrepreneurs to $1B+ companies including Microsoft, Kellogg's, FedEx, Manpower and the Walt Disney Company just to name a few.
Lilia Maloratskiy, Office Manager and Web Developer
Lilia joined the Tempo team in July of 2019. She oversees and manages day-to-day office operations and client communications. She also maintains and updates the company's website as well as the social media platforms.
Lilia holds a Bachelor's degree in economy and computer science. She has experience in internet technology, economy, management and legal fields.

Mikhail Pritsker, Director of Asset Management & Development
Mikhail Pritsker is a versatile, results-oriented Senior Executive and Sales leader with over 23 years of REAL ESTATE ~ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ~ PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT experience.
Mikhail has an extensive commercial and residential real estate background, including industrial, multi-family, retail property asset, and portfolio management. Vital in developing and executing effective marketing, commercial, customer, and brand strategies resulting in more significant sales growth, recognition, and loyalty of customers both locally and internationally. Exceptional ability in liaising with existing networks and generating a new network of local and international investors interested in Real Estate.
Mikhail holds an MBA degree from The University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a CCIM designation in Real estate.
Timur Rovinsky, Director of Underwriting & Portfolio Management
Timur (Tim) is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in real estate finance and investment, portfolio asset management, and private equity and venture capital. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various professional environments, taking on CFO-like responsibilities, including budgeting, controlling, data analytics, and financial reporting. Timur has expertise in creating intricate financial models across more than 10 industries, particularly within real estate, spanning development, acquisitions, and various subclasses. He has successfully sourced, underwritten, and closed private equity and venture capital deals.
Timur has managed multi-asset portfolios within family offices, overseeing assets under management ranging from $100 million to $300 million. He has also secured over $150 million in debt and equity financing for diverse projects and co-founded a thriving EdTech startup.
Timur's impressive qualifications include a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, a bachelor's degree in economics, an MS in PPP Management with honors from the Financial University in Moscow, and an MSREI from JHU Carey Business School in Washington, D.C. Furthermore, he holds the prestigious CFA designation.
Alexander Valdez, Portfolio Management Associate
Alexander Valdez joined the TF Management Group LLC team in October 2022. As Portfolio Management Associate, he plays a key role in providing financial analysis and underwriting support for our investment team.
Alexander holds a B.S in Finance from Saint John’s University (NY). He enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family.
