With over decade of experience across real estate, financial services, investor relations, and compliance, Deanna brings a deep passion for passive investing, particularly in commercial real estate.

Throughout her career, Deanna has raised more than $225 million in capital and has onboarded hundreds of investors to help them reach their financial goals. In her role as Director of Investor Relations, Deanna is dedicated to building and maintaining strong investor relationships. She excels at streamlining the investor experience, from onboarding new clients to providing reporting, educational content, and regular updates on investment offerings and events. Her passion lies in empowering investors to sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey toward financial independence.

Deanna’s extensive background includes launching numerous real estate investment offerings, with a focus on due diligence, compliance, and investor communications. Early in her career, she was a licensed realtor and worked as a paralegal in real estate and estate planning law.

Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Edison State College. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading, and exploring the arts, music, and culture.

Yuriy Novodvorskiy is a co-founder of TF Management Group, LLC and has worked with Mike Zlotnik since January 2010. With over a decade of experience in the real estate and finance industry, Yuriy specializes in fund management and distressed asset resolution.

At the Tempo Family, Yuriy is responsible for overseeing the company’s portfolio diversification and investment strategy. He is committed to providing exceptional service and building a sustainable business approach.

In addition to his work with the Tempo Family of Funds, Yuriy is actively involved in the community and volunteers his time with various non-profit organizations. Yuriy holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College. His interests include innovative technologies, swimming, traveling, and learning languages.

Yuriy Gordiyenko joined the team in May 2015. He has spent over 15 years in the information technology industry, holding various technical and managerial positions. He holds the position of CTO at TF Management Group, LLC, leading our technology strategy and implementation, ensuring a disciplined process of funding operations and project management.

Yuriy enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and playing with his dog.

Davy’s vast knowledge across the 5 major business functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer/Client Service, Operations, and Accounts Receivable) serves him well in his role with Tempo. His decades of hands-on experience as an entrepreneur and corporate executive enable him to not only improve our internal systems but also enhance our client experience as well.

Davy is married to Gail, who serves as an Intensive Care nurse, they have been sharing life for over 30 years and they reside in San Antonio, Texas. They have two sons, Kevin and Dylan. Davy is an animal lover, and an avid basketball fan (and player), just to name a few. He is also the co-founder of Pastor360, whose mission is to make life and ministry better for Pastors and he also serves as an elder at his church home in San Antonio, Texas.

Jim brings 40 years of corporate, investment and real estate banking finance experience as well as solid management team leadership as a Director and CFO. Jim has also bought and sold several small businesses over his career. He brings a passion for serving the private company sector and truly enjoys working with entrepreneurs and their teams to improve and build their businesses.

Jim has extensive industry experience across a diverse range of companies including investment and banking firms, commercial real estate, manufacturing, component supply, consumer goods, healthcare, plastics, road construction and retail, to name just a few.

Jim has been a CFO in firms that are in the fields of engineering, construction, consumer goods, home building and investment origination and management and is pleased to serve this role with Tempo Funding.

Jim has four grown children and one grandchild. He resides outside of Austin, TX, enjoying God’s creations.

Mikhail Pritsker is a versatile, results-oriented Senior Executive and Sales leader with over 23 years of REAL ESTATE ~ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ~ PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT  experience.

Mikhail has an extensive commercial and residential real estate background, including industrial, multi-family, retail property asset, and portfolio management. Vital in developing and executing effective marketing, commercial, customer, and brand strategies resulting in more significant sales growth, recognition, and loyalty of customers both locally and internationally. Exceptional ability in liaising with existing networks and generating a new network of local and international investors interested in Real Estate.

Mikhail holds an MBA degree from The University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a CCIM designation in Real estate.

Lilia joined the Tempo team in July of 2019. She oversees and manages day-to-day office operations and client communications. She also maintains and updates the company’s website as well as the social media platforms.

Lilia holds a Bachelor’s degree in economy and computer science. She has experience in internet technology, economy, management and legal fields.

Alexander Valdez joined the TF Management Group LLC team in October 2022. As Portfolio Management Associate, he plays a key role in providing financial analysis and underwriting support for our investment team.

Alexander holds a B.S in Finance from Saint John’s University (NY). He enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family.

Aurelia supports Marketing and Investor Communications at Tempo, where she draws on five years of social media expertise to strengthen investor engagement and elevate brand visibility. She joined Tempo in August 2024 and is currently studying at the University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a focus on Human-Centered Data Science.

Passionate to learn about investing and real estate, Aurelia enjoys collaborating on educational content and reporting for investors. Outside of work, she plays tennis, teaches ice skating, and loves to travel. She also curates an Instagram page featuring her culinary adventures in Austin.

Mila plays a vital role in Marketing and Investor Communications at Tempo, fueled by her passion for learning and her commitment to helping others succeed. With a strong interest in real estate and investment education, she thrives at creating insightful content and valuable resources that empower investors to make informed decisions. Her leadership and dedication to building meaningful connections contribute significantly to enhancing investor experiences and supporting the company’s growth.

Mila joined Tempo in August 2024 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Binghamton University, with aspirations in the medical field. Outside of work and academics, she is a figure skating coach, a volunteer with Global Medical Brigades, and enjoys baking.
