Paul is the Founder and CEO of Pepper Pike Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on delivering superior risk adjusted returns. As CEO, Paul directly oversees the firm’s strategic initiatives and its investment professionals, including the acquisitions, operations and construction management groups. Since 1998, Paul has been directly involved in the planning, construction, lease up and management of more than 25,000 apartment homes across the Midwest and Southeast, with a cumulative transactional value of over $1.5 billion.
Paul’s passion for real estate began at a young age when he purchased, renovated, and sold his first house at the age of 16. He progressed into investment real estate while assisting his father in the family’s appraisal business. Today he talks to us about his company Pepper Pike Capital Partners and his process for finding the best deals in an environment with rapidly increasing interest rates. He goes deep into when to sell or buy and hold, and his thoughts on what rising interest rates could mean for the economy. Truly an episode worth seeing.
