Rob Levy is a founder and Managing Partner of LBX Investments, working alongside Co-Founder Phil Block. Prior to co-founding LBX Investments in February 2018, Rob co-founded BVC, an investment vehicle focused on acquiring shopping centers in the Southeastern U.S. During his time at BVC, Rob managed all capital raising efforts, including both debt and equity, as well as asset management. His experience in this area has been invaluable in guiding LBX’s investment strategy.
Under Rob Levy’s leadership, LBX Investments has built a premier portfolio of shopping centers across the country, with a particular concentration in the Southwest, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions. This success is exemplified by the over $400 million in acquisitions that Rob and his co-founder Phil Block have led since 2016. Before launching LBX Investments in February 2018, Phil spent several years partnering with a family office that focused on shopping centers in the southeastern US. During this time, he played a critical role in the company’s success by overseeing acquisitions, asset management, and capital raising. His extensive experience and leadership were instrumental in helping the family office build a strong portfolio of shopping centers in the region, setting the stage for his future success at LBX.
Recently, Phil has been guiding the overall corporate strategy of LBX Investments and focusing on the growth of the platform through acquisitions and the execution of the firm’s strategy. Under his leadership, LBX has successfully built a premier portfolio of shopping centers throughout the country, with a strong concentration in the Southwest, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions.
