Mike Zlotnik
CEO of TF Management Group LLC
Mike Zlotnik is the CEO of TF Management Group LLC and has managed real estate funds since 2009. A former software executive, he began investing in property in 2000 and is known for his integrity and financial expertise.
Originally from the USSR, Mike now lives in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife and four children. He holds a Mathematics degree from Binghamton University, is a chess master, and is active in top investor mastermind groups. He’s also the author of How to Choose a Smart Real Estate Investment Fund and hosts the Big Mike Fund podcast.
Yuriy Gordiyenko
CTO
Yuriy Gordiyenko joined the team in May 2015. He has spent over 15 years in the information technology industry, holding various technical and managerial positions. He holds the position of CTO at TF Management Group, LLC, leading our technology strategy and implementation, ensuring a disciplined process of funding operations and project management.
Yuriy enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and playing with his dog.
Yuriy Novodvorskiy
Chief Investment Officer
Yuriy Novodvorskiy is a co-founder of TF Management Group, LLC and has worked with Mike Zlotnik since January 2010. With over a decade of experience in the real estate and finance industry, Yuriy serves as Chief Investment Officer, overseeing a portfolio of over 60 investments and $140M in assets under management.
In his CIO role, Yuriy supervises portfolio management and investment strategy, He is committed to mitigating risks on underperforming investments, maximizing returns for investors, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and fiduciary responsibility.
Yuriy holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College. Deanna Boring
Director of Investor Relationships
With over decade of experience across real estate, financial services, investor relations, and compliance, Deanna brings a deep passion for passive investing, particularly in commercial real estate.
Throughout her career, Deanna has raised more than $225 million in capital and has onboarded hundreds of investors to help them reach their financial goals. In her role as Director of Investor Relations, Deanna is dedicated to building and maintaining strong investor relationships. She excels at streamlining the investor experience, from onboarding new clients to providing reporting, educational content, and regular updates on investment offerings and events. Her passion lies in empowering investors to sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey toward financial independence.
Ryan E. Wynkoop
Director of Capital Markets
Ryan has worked in commercial real estate investment, management and development for over 20 years – partnering with institutional clients, corporations, private equity firms, and HNW investors.
His specialty is in debt and equity capital sourcing, the delivery of new development and construction projects, and value-add repositioning of existing assets to evolving market conditions.
Ryan spent the first ten years of his career in Washington D.C. working on some of the largest development and redevelopment projects in the city before moving out to Seattle, Washington where he spent five years working on Amazon’s global headquarters development in South Lake Union. He relocated to Charleston, South Carolina in 2020 where he currently resides.
He is active and enjoys outdoor activities including surfing, camping and hiking. He is an avid black and white photographer, piano and guitar player, and hobbyist woodworker in his spare time.
